  • Where are we located + where will we go?

    We are located in Yaphank, NY. We deliver to Long Island, Brooklyn, Queens, + Manhattan, + possibly further!

  • Do you have a showroom?

    Our warehouse in Yaphank is open by appointment only. Clients are welcome to schedule a date to view items in person.

  • How long can I keep rental items?

    The rental period is for one day. Rentals may be kept longer to accomodate setup + breakdown at your venue/location at our discretion.

  • Do you have an order minimum for delivered orders?

    Long Island - $500 order minimum | Brooklyn/Queens - $2000 order minimum | Manhattan - $2500 order minimum | Outside of these areas - please inquire

  • How much is delivery?

    Our delivery rates start at $125 + are dependent on final order size + venue location. Includes delivery of rentals before your event + pick up of rentals after your event. End of night pick up past 9pm is an additional charge.

  • How do I book?

    Fill out the submission form or send us an email with your event information + rental wishlist! Once you have decided on the items you would like to rent, we will send you a rental quote + agreement for you to review. A 25% non-refundable deposit + signed rental agreement will reserve your items for your event date.

  • Can I pick up rentals in lieu of delivery?

    Self pick up + return is available for certain rentals (all upholstered items excluded). Please contact us if you would like this option.

  • What is your payment policy?

    A 25% non-refundable deposit is required at booking. The balance will be due a week prior to the event date. Cash payments the day of the event are not accepted. A credit card will also be held on file for any damages.

  • What happens if items are damaged or lost?

    If items are damaged within reasonable repair, a fee will be charged for the repair dependent on damage incurred. If items are damaged beyond repair or lost, a fee of four times the rental price will be charged. We will discuss any damages with you after your event + before charging the credit card on file.

  • How will food + drink items arrive?

    Food + drink rental items will arrive clean, wrapped, + ready to use. We ask that these items be hand washed/rinsed + dried if possible before pick up. If they cannot, please wipe excess debris from dishware/flatware + pour out excess liquid from glassware, then return to the containers they arrived in. Please do not put dishware/glassware in the dishwasher unless approved by us. If items require deep cleaning by us (ie- heavy food debris on plates), a cleaning fee will be charged.
